Stretching - splits (both ways), jumps and kicks!!!?

I need some really affective stretches / excersizes to stretch into splits, jumps and I wanna get to the stage where I can kick myself in the head lol :) I already have a few but I need more. I've been stretching for at LEAST 10 minutes every morning and night. HELP PLEASE!!! :)
