Why are we becoming more aggressive in getting our own way?

as a society we are becoming to be more isolated and not care for others like we ust to. we live in age that noone cares about each other than we ust to. Has reality tv teaching us to more intolerate and more aggresive and is affecating us the way we live.

Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: In the information age, people think themselves more independent of one another. They don't feel as powerless on their own. In the industrialization age, it didn't feel that way: one really had to be a "good sitizen" and it was quite obvoius if one is helpful or detrimental. In other words, life was harder but simpler.
