How lond did it take you to get your splits? How long before you felt a breakthrough/ you were getting lower?


Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: I started dancing when I was in first grade. I was very close to my left split and if I pushed myself I would've had it. My right split was ok. I didn't really apply myself over the next few years. I grew a lot and they were still ok. I got mad at myself over the summer and I stretched fo about an hour to two hours a day. I got my left split and I'm very close to my right. I guess it depends on your muscles. Like if I don't stretch for a week, they'll be horrible and it'll take me about three days of intensive stretching to get them back. I have a friend who always has her oversplits, she doesn't have to stretch, its just the way her muscles are. I hope this helped.
