if so, you'll know what im talking about--
how do you get a better arch in your foot so you can point your toes better?

Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: Practice your releves! Releves are the key. They will help strengthen your ankles and your arches, and make it more defined. Start out in sets of twelve, do about 36. Then move up to about 64.
