Question:

I love to dance but i'm not flexible enough can u help me?

Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: Stretch to movies. The biggest and best advice I can give. Stretch in the middle split for as long as you can (DON'T STRAIN! hold at a comfortable position. Even though the splits aren't comfortable, I know), no more than 6 minutes. Time your stretches by the clock on the DVD/Video player. This is a good cycle:
1. Middle split.
2. Side stretches.
3. Hips.
4. Hamstring flexibility. Forward bend is VERY important. As are other splits.
5. Tone out with leg lifts, crunches, push-ups.

Some tips...
1. Breathe evenly and ALWAYS.
2. Make sure its warm in the room.
3. It takes one minute seconds for the stretch to apply to your permanent muscle memory, so don't rush or BOUNCE.
4. A good movie. lol.
Best of luck!
It might take a year or so for you to get to be really flexible, but don't give up, and keep doing those movie stretches. And hour and a half eventually. Don't hold any pose for longer than ten minutes. Stretch or work out through the whole movie if possible. But sometimes you don't feel like it, and that's normal. Do it anyway.
:-) It takes a long time to get results, but hang in there. Its all sooo worth it.
