How do you do the "harlem shake" and "crip walk"?

Well isn't the crip walk like the heel toe, a little bit? Cause then if it is like the heel toe, then i probably already know how to do it. But still give me a little decription. Also show do u do the harlem shake? Isn't that like the shoulder lean a little bit.


Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: Okay i have always been a little challenged with the harlem shake because it requires a lot of body control that i just don't seem to have, but I can tell you is is NOT like the shoulder lean because it is way higher in speed than that little um....move. Not about the crip walk........I warn you not to do this dance around a group full of gangs for 2 reasons. 1. you don't want to be mistaken as a member of the CRIPS and be like welcolmed by you gang friends and 2. you don't wanna get jumped for being a part of the CRIPS. This dance is not like the heel toe but I can't exactly explain it. It's like one foot goes out and then you change. The pattern is right out once, left out once, right out twice, left out twice and so on and so on. These are not my best two dances though. I'm more of a pool palace, walk it out kinda girl.
