Splits - plleeeease help me?

so if you like spread out all the fingers on your hand, that's how far i am from the ground when i try my splits. not even kidding. its so pathetic. i've been stretching like every day, like whenever i'm on the phone or drying my hair or something boring i'll be stretching too. im wondering, if it would be possible for me to get my splits by like june. or how soon you think i could do that. and what i would need to do. thanks! <3 me


Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: My gymnastics coach always told me that in order for a stretch to be effective at all, it needs to be held for at least a minute and a half. Otherwise, the labor would be fruitless. Also, you need to work on all splits, such as the right leg, left leg, and middle split. If you get one, keep working on that plus the other. Also, don't do just the splits. It would be more beneficial if you did all kinds of stretches. You may not see improvement right away, but keep working hard and you'll see it one day, maybe even that day in June you want! <3
