i am a social dancer can do tango,quickstep,foxtrot,waltz,... and chacha other dances as well.

You should browse other people's profiles and don't be shy to post your own profile. But - browse a lot first, learn to read them and udenrstand what do they really mean: some people are looking for strictly dance partners (no dating), some people are looking for both. Don't be afraid to be straightforward about it with your potential partner, too. Ask your partner a lot of questions before setting up a meeting.
