Is it ok to get a lap dance from a former student?

I am a 31 year old school teacher and I went to a strip club last Saturday. And a female student Stephanie, who I had 6 years ago as a student is now a 19 year old stripper. She really had a banging body and looked great. She recognized me and came up to me in the club. First I was really embarrassed and then she asked if I wanted a lap dance. I actually took it and it felt weird to have her naked on my lap but I did enjoy it. Do you think it was wrong to get the lap dance or was it ok?

Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: I'd be embarrassed if I were you. I consider myself a teacher, an educator and a mentor to my students. Technically, she's no longer your student, but don't you think you have a moral responcibility here? Moreover, when I was in high school, my teachers were my heroes. Lap dance (although I'm a woman, so strictly it doesn't apply) would be out of the line with the above.

Now think - she still has friends that go to the school you teach at. They will know. Their parents will know. And you will have to deal with it. So was it wrong or it wasn't - you will have to decide for yourself. I think you just made your life a little harder, that's all.
