I read a book and remember some details but cant remember the author or the title...?

-has an older man meeting a younger girl and "hooking up"
-at one point the girl is giving the man a hand job and his penis transforms into a knife.
-the villain woman is in a park by the fountain and spreads her legs transforming herself into a huge vagina.
-the followers of the villain form themselves into a penis and have intercourse with the huge vagina in the park.

i swear im not a pervert, it was a good book, i can only remember those weird details.
