Has anyone ever known they were dreaming?

Has anyone ever known they were dreaming?

I often dream and I know I'm dreaming and in my dream try to control it. Has that ever happened to you?

Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: Believe it or not, that is by some Buddhist monks considered a form of enlightenment. I have been trying to do this for years (through meditation).
