Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: Viruses are the most primitive form of life we know of. They only consist of four chemicals divided into two types, the body and the stem. (Scientific American) Germs are the next and many of those are just more complex forms of viruses. Then comes bacteria which is mostly plants, but do contain differentiated cells. After that is plankton which is the first major form of animal life. They not only contain differentiated cells but organs which form into symbiotic structures called bodies. From there on is the rest of the life forms of this planet. Ain't evolution fantastic!
