SONY DSC-H2 User's Guide with "Read This First"?

I lost my "Read This First" separate volume for my SONY DSC-H2 camera. I looked for it in many websites along with sony website, but what I could get is the H5-Read This First.

Anybody knows where can download this "Read This First"?... please make sure that it's NOT the User's Guide but the "Read This First", which is a separate volume.
