I need help that works good?!?

OK.
I'm 15 and I have never done the splits. I am now enrolled into a ballet level 4 class which is for my age group... but I need to be able to do the splits... and I don't know how to do them. If you have any specific streches you or advice please let me know.


Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: well it's all about time and practice 'cause it doesn't magically happen( I wish). Every day when your watching t.v practice your split and hold it for 3 8counts. Go up to your wall and put your legs up it then bring it down and hold it for 2 or 3 8counts. at the wall do your middle split against it. hold it for 4 8counts. Do your jazz splits. If you do those exercises every day for about maybe an hour then in no time you should get your splits.
do your bar stretch and leaps. They might not be splits exercises but they do help your splits.
