Which locations are good and safe for outdoor NUDE photo shoot in NYC?

Please help! I have few model who are interested to do Outdoor Nude. I am new in this country and i don't know which place are good and safe for this.
Photo shoot team consist of two people. me and the model.

What are the possible odds can be happen? How people takes if they see this kind of out door photo soot may be in Central Park or in a Beach?

Any suggestion???

Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: I agree with the early morning time and also with rural settings. I don't know of any where in NYC that would be "safe." Were it Spring or Fall you could have your model wear a coat to be able to quickly disrobe and just as quickly cover up.
As far as I know you can't get a "permit" for nude photography in NYC. But that hasn't stopped a lot of photographers.l
