Please answer this poem, what happens?

what happens when
you are in love with someone
you cant say
what happens everyday
what happens as you light the fire,
when there is someone you admire
what happens when your heart is full,
when who you love is out of your controll
what happens each and everyday
what happens when your heart is astray
what happens when emotions are not to be spoke
someone's heart might just get broke
what happens to you and the ones for whome you care
it feels like your lungs are gasping for air
i cant breathe im so deep in affection
why, i dont know he's made to perfection
who could ask for anything more
then the man which i adore
i better stop now
before more pain i cause
my love is placed on pause
i don't know what to do
what happens when this feeling happens to you
