Question:

Is it easy to cancel a '1 month' subscription with ancestry.co.uk?

Im thinking of buying the one month subscription on ancestry.co.uk that allows free access to all of the censuses for just ⣱0. It seems a much better deal than other sites where you have to pay for credits. Has anyone used ancestry.co.uk before? and is the one month subscription just that? (Ie not a sneaky contract where Id end up forking out a bomb for the rest of the year due to a clause???)

Thanks in advance

Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: Yes I have always paid my subscription on a monthly basis, I can cancel it as and when I like and I can afford it. It's brilliant for the free bmd, and the census collection especially now they have finished the Scottish collection off. I also have the monthly subscription to ancestry.com as well, so I updated my membership and I now have the global membership package. If I have to compare the two .co.UK wins hands down, because the bmd is easy to use, the .com one is a nightmare. Hope this helps and all I can say is go for it.
