Help with creativity?

I need help with my small comic books(They're ashcan I think.)
So, how do you draw manga? I need some kind of realistic drawing style, please help!

Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: If you really want help, you should look at a book that teaches you (since I haven't found any teachers who teach anime drawing. I like it too and I think it's possible to blend it with a slightly different style to make it more realistic. And some manga styles are realistic (you know, the ones that don't have the outrageously huge eyes and traingular mouths etc.)

There's a series by Tadashi Ozawa that I found pretty helpful. It's called How To Draw Anime and Game Characters

They go step by step on how to draw poses, how to add details, examples of realistic and exaggerated styles, examples of eyes, hairstyles etc. I think it's worth taking a look at.
