People who can` t sing would like to join a musical group. They can` t . How shall I tell them?

I am a leader of a Christian musical group and some people who really cannot sing , think that they can sing and they would `love` to join us. I would love that too but I cannot say `yes` to them because the music would be terrible then. Can you tell me please, what could I tell them, if I don` t want to hurt them?

Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: The truth hurts but is often the best way. Saying yes can creat a bigger and longer lasting bad situation.

Try to find some kind words but practicle reasons such as it is unfair on the person wanting to join to ex[ect them to acheive the standard and hard for the others to maitain there own quality if there distractions form other singers.
