They also tell you whether the zines are print or online, how they pay, what genre it accepts, and I can't remember what else. Also, you might do a Google search of writer's markets search engines. The online markets are updated more frequently, and in an age when print magazines start and fold more often than Paris Hilton has to apologize for doing something stupid, it's a good idea to make sure the magazine is still alive and kickin' before you try to submit to them.
