Do you believe that...?

there is just one person for your life that you are compatible with, or that there could be many different people? do you think it matters in the long run? no matter what you do, how hard you try, you will be brought together, some way some how? or do you think that you are capable of sabataging your own happiness (assuming happiness is measured by your romantic bliss)?

Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: At times, someone will tell me, I don't like carrots ( or some other food), and I tell them, then you haven't had it prepared in a way you like.
I find that more than on person can make you happy, as you can make more than on person in this world happy. the ingredients ( the people) are not as important as the preparation ( what you do for and with each other)

How much is each person willing to put into it, what are your expectations? I have been married nearly 8 years now. She makes me very happy.There are times we have disagreements, and prehaps need to be in different rooms for a time. if we didn't keep at the marriage, then it would crumble over time.
so, I guess in short, I am saying I think there are many people who you could be happy with, and they with you, but the important thing is that you both keep working at it.
Likea garden, you plant it , but then you have to feed, water, and weed it too, or else it will rot.
