I would like some good grafitti tips for not getting caught, paint brands,and stencils. I dont wanna hear preachings about how its bad and what not.

Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: actually there are what is called "permission walls" where you can paint to your little hearts content and no one will arrest you.
i've watched some of the writers work at their craft and it is not ALL done with a spray can...several of the kids use brush and palett to enhance the work.
look up art crime for spray tips and spray paints. or google grafittii and find a writer that you like the work of and contact them...they will generally reply, and most of them are nice kids
