Slash pedal isn't working?

Question:

Slash pedal isn't working?

I just bought the slash wah pedal (dunlop) and it doesnt work. I put in to 9 volt batteries it turn on fine, I hooked up all the stuff (chord from guitar to pedal, chord from pedal to amp, turned everything on, pedal seemed fine, but I couldn't hear my guitar!! It just wasn't playing!! WTF!!!! Please help Thx :)

Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: Make sure you are plugging in in the right direction. Plug guitar into the " IN " jack. " OUT " goes to the amp. If that's not it , check eack cord by pluging directly into the amp.
