Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: Contact your publisher (if it's not a vanity publisher - those are useless) and ask them to forward a note from you to her, requesting her e-mail address. Even if someone HAD her e-mail address, do think it's kosher for them to go tossing it about on the internet? Show some respect and do it the right way.
