Does anyone knows what program is used to make an old looking film photos like these below?

Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: these are basically just color photos that have been turned B&W and then given a border that resembles film. the only problem is that film is a negative and these photos are positives which is sort of a dichotomy.
do a search for 'film and photo borders in photoshop'. i've seen techniques for doing this in books and on the web and many people will post the borders they've created for you to download.
as far as software, you need at least photoshop elements. full photoshop would be better or you could use gimp. gimp is a free version of photoshop. not quite as powerful as the real thing but waaaay better than elements.
to do it youself you basically just need to create a black or white border around the image on a separate layer and then erase out parts of it to give it that worn look. and maybe add some dust and scratches to add to the effect.
