How do I Get a Library Card?

I had one when I was a little kid, but I haven't used it since I was 11. I have since moved and was wondering, would any late fees or other fees be a factor in getting a new card, even if they weren't my fault, would there even still be a record of that 10 years later? Can I continue using my old card?

Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: Ask at your local library. You should make a fresh application as an adult. Most likely there would be no record remaining of your previous card and you do not need to mention it
