5th Harry Potter Movie Trailer: Voldermort?

In the trailer that i have been obsessing over for the 5th movie they have footage from the movie of Voldermort. I haven't read the book in a while but I didn't think that Harry actually came face to face with Voldermort, I thought the only thing close was Harry being voldermort in his dreams.

Anyone have reason for this or tell me that harry see's Voldemort?
