Need help finding a book?

A book that I bought several years ago got lost and I want to buy it again, but I don't know the title or the author. It's part of a romance series, maybe Loveswept. It's about a young single woman who lives in a big house by herself, and is called a witch by the little kids in the neighborhood. One kid played a prank on the woman, and his dad brought the kid over to apologize to her - they fell in love. Forget the rest. Anyone know what book I'm talking about?
