Listen to the order of things. That's the order that things are important to them. Then, and this takes time and experience, listen to what the don't say. Then, you'll be a very, very good listener.

If you are blessed by being one of those persons who often or occasionally spends the night in the woods, listen to everything at night. How many things do you hear? In summer, it could be a dozen or so. Or, just listen through your open bedroom windows.

There are so many other times to listen to so many other things. There's no doubt in my mind you can do it, and I don't even know who you are.
