Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: No, because compliments that I give are usually genuine, and are very seldom lies. I'm very stingy on "white" lies, and use them only in the case of flagging confidence.

I assume most others usually have the same attitude, and accept most compliments as truthful but not essential.
