Has anyone read "the book thief" by markus zusak?

what did you think of it. ive read it any wanted to know others opinions

Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: I found it very, very engaging. First, there aren't many books which uses Death as one of the characters, much the less as the narrator. The way Death narrated the whole story (as expected) was without much emotions, save for amusement or amazement. But instead of becoming boring, it gave way to soliciting more reactions from the reader.

It was very simple, and the fact that it came from an inhuman observer made it much more humane than can be expected. Clever book. :)
