i am using photoshop 7. yes, i noe, i am waaaayyyy backward. but, can't afford to upgrade. for printing, should i use CMYK or RGB?

Large format printers (that print directly on to vinyl banner material) typically produce the best color in RGB mode. If you are printing it on banner paper, CYMK will work best in most situations.
