how would they know what things sounds like or what noise things makes.

Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: its possible...deafness can either be caused by a damaged eardrum(etc) or by a damaged portion of the brain responsible for sound...so, since the brain is a bundled network of wires it is possible that the auditory portion of the brain can get activated accidentally in a deaf person...but then again i think the auditory portion wouldve evolved into something else in a deaf person(1st case) since brain cells are extremely versatile...
