I want to get peoples opinions on this because we are discussing it in my Lit class...

Wordsworth believed that poetry is the spontnaeous overflow of powerful feelings. How does Wordsworth's poetry reflect this idea?

Wordsworth wasnt all that spontaneous since he tinkered with his epic autobiographical poem "The Prelude" for decades. So there is an element of outpouring and an element of poetic craft in his work.

Some of his earlier, shorter poems like On Westminster Bridge look like spontaneous outpourings because they describe the emotion of a moment but ask yourself how much poetical craft goes in to giving that impression.
