im joining disco dancing again after 4 years im very nervous about going back to comps. and would appreciate any tips!

Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: Have fun with it! The best way to calm your nerves is to completely enjoy what you are doing. Be confident also, don't let one doubt that you can do this cross your mind before and while you are dancing. Maybe a little extra practice would help to, just to be positive you know what you're doing. I don't disco but it sounds like a lot of fun, so show your audience it really is!
