Can one actually benefit from window-shopping and if so what do you think might be the biggest of those ?

This can apply to homes, cars, artworks, etc.

Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: The single item most absent in most people's lives is a clear image of what they want. Most people know clearly what they do not want, but that is not helpful. I may have a list of a thousand houses I do not want but until I clearly see or have a plan or picture, even if it is just in my mind, of the house I want it will not be part of my life.
Window shopping is a source for pictures/ images/goals/dreams/fantasies which I can use to enhance or expand the existing image I have for my life. One cannot build something they cannot visualize. How can one have a life that they have not visualized? Window shopping is a source for many pleasant ideas.
