Strangely, yes, this can happen. Case in point -- the book entitled "Everything Men Know About Women." The novelty book, meant to be given as a gag gift, was completely blank inside. (Get it? Men know nothing, ha ha ha.)

According to the book jacket, it's a "worldwide best seller," and several sites list the site as being a best-seller. I'm not sure what the actual qualifications for best seller status. Does selling more than 10 copies constitute a best seller? Who the heck knows.
