Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: Chemistry is just what you say you have when you get along with someone really well. When this happens you'll find the person is easier to talk to than most people and you just have this bond with them that you can't explain.

It develops between people with common interests (makes it easy to talk to them), people that tend to think similarly (the type that can finish each others sentences), and people that are attracted to each other (a mutual crush can do wonders for getting along well). I'm sure there are others I couldn't think of too.

Once you've gotten to know someone a little you should know whether there's any chemistry there.

You will either have it or you won't but it doesn't develop after you know the person.
