How am I going to avoid the temptation to read Harry Potter?

The book comes out when I have very important exams! What am I going to do? I've been a fan of HP since '97, when Philosophers Stone was first published and I have to read it ASAP. I will explode knowing that people around the world are reading it and know what happens when I don't. lol. Should I give in to the temptation??
