Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: I agree with Whitney G. Piecing together misc. lines is not a good idea and if this is for a general audition piece your auditors are not going to want to hear this. Find yourself a good monologue from a play. There are characters out there like her. Go to StageAgent.com and do a search for characters in your age range. Flip through some of the plays and if you find a monologue you like, read the whole play so you understand the character as a whole and the monologue's context in the play.
