Question:

Sense & Sensibility - poem from film ??

What is the poem Colonel Brandon recites at the end of Emma Thompson's version of Sense & sensibility? The last line ends something like 'And nothing's lost, which can't be found, if sought'? (I know the Shakespeare sonnet also quoted 'Love is not love' etc.)
Thank you!
