What is your favorite and least favorite Harry Potter book?

What is your favorite and least favorite Harry Potter book?

My favorites are Chamber of Secrets and Order of the Phoenix. I like Chamber because it has a dark, mysterious, historical twist to it & simply draws me in every time I read it [which has been like 12 times haha]. I also like Order because it really shows Harry growing up and shows a lot of his and others' loyalty to Dumbledore.

My least fav. is Goblet of Fire, which I've only read once and absolutely hated. I hated the invasion of non-Hogwarts characters, the idea of the Tri-Wizard tournament, and literally everything else about that book. Not sure why, but reading it gives me a headache.

So what are your fav. & least fav. books? Excited for the 7th? And I'll throw in one more question -- who's your favorite character? Mine's Ron =)

Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: My favorite is probably The Order of The Phoenix. It was the first rebellion actually staged by the characters. Harry stepped up and taught others to defend themselves, which was awesome. Also, I loved Umbridge's character. She was sooo easy to hate! And, I loved the Weasley twins escape and fireworks displays. The book had everything!

My least favorite would probably also be the Goblet of Fire. I wasn't a big fan of the other 2 schools. Fleur bugged the CRAP out of me. Plus, I just can't take the ending with Cedric's death. It was so abrubt and terrible... I definitely didn't like it very much. Also, I felt really bad for Ron. Harry got the spotlight again by being a triwizard champion, even though he didn't enter himself.

I'm soo excited for the 7th! I can't believe how close it is already. I have tons of crazy theories!

My favorite character was Sirius. I also really like Ginny and Lupin both too. It's sooo hard to pick just one!
