Whats an ideal Warm Up routine for Trombone?

Does anyone know a warm up routine for tenor trombone? I have been playing for 5 years and I still havent found one that works. Any suggestions? Please! Also, any good trombone reportoire?

Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: Lip slurs. Start at first position low Bb, slur up to F and back down. Repeat this in positions 2-7 using half-half-whole rhythm followed by 4 quarters to whole and 8 eighth notes to whole. Do this process again on F-Bb-F and down.
