Question:

I need advise. I have a problem with trying to explain what I just read. Have any of u encountered this prob?

For example: I have been reading this book by Albert Camus, The Rebel. And while I read I get this adrenaline because I enjoy what I'm reading so much. And at the time I understand what's going on but minutes later, as I put the book down, it's like I can't convey what has actually happened. But sometimes it's within all my readings.
It makes me really unhappy because I want to explain and teach what I learn but I just can't.
Can someone tell me why I'm going through this?
Thank you much.

Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: You are too close to it. Step away for a while and then write down what you just read in a summary in journal format. You can go back and correct it until you think it's right. I know this is a lot of work and takes practice, but pretty soon you get so good, you don't need to write it down.

Anything worth doing takes practice. Ask any athlete. They'll tell you the same thing.
