Good book publisher for photographer.?

I'm looking for a good book publisher for a photographer. I had a book published by a small company, luckily I only signed for one book contract. I'm not happy with them and want to put another book out without doing those vanity press/publishers. how do I submit my proposal to other publishers, and to which ones.

Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: I wish you gave a little more information about the type of book you are doing.. but one place I would look at is the "2007 Photographers Market" handbook (amazon.com). In there are all different contacts including book publishers. You stand a better chance of getting a book published if it is a "How to" opposed to a "Coffee Table" book.
