It causes the immune system to be a lot less effective making the sufferer more susceptible to illnesses.

The symptoms can be more unexplained illnesses but I'm unsure about this one.

AIDS is spread by unprotected sex, shared needles and through bodily fluids.i.e blood semen etc

There is no cure for AIDS they are still working on that.
