Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: One option is to telephone the Worcester Crown Court and give them the name of the person to see if they have a record of it. I don't think that they would keep records going back to 1947 because it is usual to keep files for about 15 years - but it's worth a try/

Another thing you could try is to google the name, court and date to see if anything comes up.
