Why is the Phantom of the Opera play in Las Vegas called "Phantom" instead of the phantom of the opera?

Ok, I don't have the two mixed up.
I say the play myself.
The Venetian made a theatre and it is based on the musical "The Phantom of the Opera" only the call it "Phantom: Las Vegas."
My question is: Why didn't they call this play "The Phantom of the Opera" like it should be?
