Abel was killed because of the rage Cain had in his sacrifice not being accepted where Abel's was accepted.

Isaac's aborted sacrifice was a test for Abraham's obedience...Abraham (Abram) was an old man and God's promise to make a nation from his lineage would have been in jeopardy in Abraham's mind had Isaac been killed, but he was obedient and was stopped just before stabbing Isaac.

Jesus Crucifixion was for crimes against the Jewish State and possible sedition against Rome. His Crucifixion was also to cover the sins of mankind...
