How much does it typically cost to have an 8x10 photo framed and matted?

Assuming fairly simple, black frame and basic, white matting. And what about a bit of a nicer frame, like a dark wood one. Just as estimate is all I am interested in, I have a few autographed pictures coming to me that I won on ebay, and definitely plan on having them framed.
